5. Registration Fee & Refund Policy

Where applicable, recognized participants attending EDU GULF Awards events may be required to complete registration and pay applicable fees.

Once payment has been made, registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required by applicable law or at the discretion of EDU GULF.

Participants are encouraged to attend personally. If attendance is not possible, a representative may attend subject to approval.

Event details, including venue, schedule, programme format, and arrangements, may be updated where necessary.

Participants agree to cooperate with reasonable verification requests.

8. Withdrawal of Recognition

EDU GULF reserves the right to withdraw recognition where a recipient:

Any withdrawal decision will be handled responsibly.

Participants are responsible for ensuring all public communication is accurate and respectful.

EDU GULF reserves the right to request corrections and take appropriate action where misrepresentation occurs.

12. Integrity, Fairness & Professional Conduct

Participants must not:
