Each submission is reviewed to understand the nominee’s journey, contributions, and impact. The recognition is based on the information provided by participants and their commitment to creating positive change in society.
The awards aim to celebrate excellence, encourage individuals, and provide international visibility for inspiring professionals and organizations who are contributing to the betterment of people’s lives.

Recognition Priority: While every nomination is carefully evaluated, greater priority is given to nominees who demonstrate consistent contributions beyond their professional achievements. This includes meaningful social service initiatives, community engagement, professional thought leadership, positive LinkedIn presence and activities, public awareness efforts, mentoring, volunteering, and day-to-day social impact that reflects a genuine commitment to creating value for society.
1.ELIGIBILITY
Participants must be women aged 18 years and above.
Nominees must provide accurate personal and professional information.
Participants may be self-nominated or nominated by an organisation/individual.
Finalists should submit a valid proof of identity and a short bio for magazine coverage.
2.PROFILE SUBMISSION
Submit participation form,high-resolution photograph, and supporting documents.
Incomplete or falsified submissions may lead to disqualification.
Participants may apply for multiple categories if eligible.
3.CONSENT FOR PROMOTION & PUBLICITY
By submitting the Information, participants consent to Edu Gulf using their:
Name, photograph, profile, achievements, and videos for social media, press releases, brochures, website, and event promotions.
No financial compensation will be provided.
4.IMPACT & ACHIEVEMENT
Company criteria and decisions are final and confidential. Organisers reserve the right to move nominees to a more suitable category.
5.RECOGNITION CONFIRMATION & AWARDS CEREMONY
Recognized participants will receive official confirmation of their recognition and will be invited to attend the EDU GULF International Excellence Awards ceremony.
Participants are encouraged to attend the ceremony personally. If they are unable to attend, they may nominate an authorized representative to receive the recognition on their behalf.
Event details, including venue arrangements, schedule, and programme information, may be modified by EDU GULF where necessary.
6.DATA PROTECTION
Personal data will be securely stored and used only for Award-related purposes.
Data will not be shared without consent unless legally required.
7.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Submitted materials must belong to the nominee or have usage permission.
Edu Gulf is not liable for copyright claims on false submissions.
8.DISQUALIFICATION
False information or misconduct may lead to disqualification.
Violating Terms & Conditions may result in removal.
9.Registration Fee: Please note that the registration fee is non-refundable. Further terms and conditions apply.
10.Travel, Accomodation&Guest Policy
All travel, accommodation, visa, and related expenses for finalists, winners, and representatives shall be borne by the participant and are not covered by Edu Gulf.
If a participant wishes to be accompanied by guests, accommodation and related arrangements for such guests will be at the participant’s own expense.
The number of accompanying guests must be communicated in advance to the organising company for coordination and event management purposes.
Any additional guests beyond the permitted or confirmed number may be accommodated only upon prior request and approval and will be subject to additional charges payable by the participant.
