Attendance at EduGulf symposia and access to research materials is open to authorized delegates, including accredited university representatives, government officials, ministry stakeholders, and registered industry partners.

• All attendees must provide verifiable institutional affiliation during registration.
• Badges and virtual access tokens are non-transferable without prior administrative authorization.
• EduGulf reserves the right to decline or rescind registration in case of misrepresentation.

Confirmed RSVP registrations grant admission to keynote lectures, panel tracks, and scheduled networking luncheons subject to venue capacity limits.

• Delegates are expected to adhere to professional academic dress standards and venue codes.
• Session schedules, keynote speakers, and track agendas are subject to change due to institutional commitments.
• Notice of cancellation must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to the symposium convening date.

All symposium proceedings, research whitepapers, branding assets, presentation slides, and multimedia archives hosted on EduGulf channels are protected under international copyright law.

• Keynote speakers and researchers retain underlying intellectual ownership of their original research contributions.
• Delegates are granted a non-exclusive license to utilize conference materials for non-commercial educational study with proper attribution.
• Unauthorized audio/video rebroadcast or commercial redistribution of keynote recordings is strictly prohibited.

EduGulf events are documented through professional photography and videography for promotional, archival, and reporting publications. By attending on-premise summits, delegates grant EduGulf irrevocable permission to feature their likeness in legitimate academic communications.

Sponsors and exhibition partners must abide by agreed tier agreements, promotional booth guidelines, and ethical institutional conduct. Collateral distribution is restricted to assigned booth pavilions.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai.
